Lorraine called to say Ralph is in the University hospital, London, ONT after a triple bypass operation 2 weeks ago. Ralph has been a fixture at the festival and can be seen driving the taxi's around the fair grounds.
Lorraine was hopeful that Ralph would be transferred to a hospital closer to home in Windsor, Ont. soon.
She wanted the Kendallville festival folks to know that they might not make it down this spring.
