Fran and his wife Jane who recently passed away, were long time members of NIBGA. We first knew of Fran when he came to Hillbrook Campground near Ottawa, OH with his friend George Page in the '80s. They came in a van and parked not too far from us. They played beautiful music all weekend. I later years we met his daughter Sandy Tedford and through her became more acquainted with Jane and Fran.
